In 2007, The Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee joined forces with the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University to host the State of the Net West series. The series fosters a dialogue between the Silicon Valley and Washington DC decision-makers to help inform the technology policy issues debated in Washington.
